Who We Are

We are an all-volunteer, abolitionist, anti-capitalist, anti-racist community support organization dedicated to ending food and hunger insecurity in Phoenix, AZ through direct action, community organizing and intersectional activism.

We are artists and professionals. We are housed and unhoused. We are friends, families, neighbors and businesses. We are many different beliefs and ideologies working, lovingly, together.

We are a close knit group of partner organizations full of brilliant, caring people.

Open Core Volunteer Positions

Volunteer Organizer

Reaching out to the community to solicit for volunteers. Maintain a database. Organize volunteers for events, and match their skill sets with the needs of Feed Phoenix and the community.

 

Community Supply Manager

Market the need for supplies. Organize resources given from the community and Feed Phoenix drop boxes. Ration supplies for community events. Ensure consistent support for our unsheltered neighbors.

Community Liaisons

Advocate for the people living Unhoused. Engage people living Housed. Close the distance between the Unhoused and Housed Communities.

 

PR/Social Media Assistance

Communicate future events and general voice through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and our web page. Help to craft the tone of advocacy. Innovative ways to market Feed Phoenix and forge new partnerships within the community.

Social Workers

We are looking for experienced, inexperienced, and even people willing to learn. Our Community needs help and communication devices for navigating public systems. Your time and energy will directly impact people’s well-being and increase the knowledge base of the organization.
